Very comfortable and nice stay at chail residency.staff very polite specially arun ji very polite and humble man.Arun ji guided very well about everything. Food just like home ,tasty but not too much spicy.

The hotel is not worth its price. The room does not look like the one shown in the photos on the net. There was no water in the bathroom for the whole night. Even I could hear other guests complaining the same. But the staff pretended that our was a one of case. We had to use packaged drinking water to do the basic morning chores. Then we went to the washroom next to the lobby. Even after complaining there was no water till 10 AM. Moreover the hotel staff was not apologetic and just treated the complaint as BAU. The food was good and the food service was quick at dinner but was slow at the time of breakfast. Overall it is not a hotel worth staying. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The only good part of this resort was the food quality.

Had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Chail Residency. Staff and owner are very cooperative. I had done a direct booking and got the best rates from the owner. Rooms are nice and clean and offer a beautiful valley view. Food is good and not overpriced. Must recommended for anyone planning to stay in Chail.

Pathetic option, do not opt for this hotel. Food is worst. In breakfast the options are almost nil. Even serving plates are nit available, same with food. The hotel is managed remotely, so no responsibility lies with the hote staff. They are changing everything, provinding hlf plate dishes in the cost of full plates. Only rooms are ok, very limited parking option, non cooperative staffs.

Chail Residency was a good place to stay in. View from the Balcony was mesmerizing. Stay was pleasant, quite and calm. Staff was really good and supportive. They helped us for affordable and well behaved cab service too. Breakfast menu as well as taste could have been better, however, lunch and dinner was amazing. neat and clean rooms, good housekeeping staff and good property. We would definately recommend stay at Hotel Chail Residency.
